February 27th | Join Chef Jessica to learn how to plan, shop and meal prep a week's worth of healthy easy dinners. This is an educational class where Chef will demo the techniques and tricks to easy meal planning; this class is focusing on dinners. You will be served a salad, a serving of each of the dinners being prepped, and a dessert.
March 1st | Chef Rocky is going to prepare and demonstrate some traditional New Orleans recipes. It's going to be a delicious meal!
March 8th | Chef Candy will be teaching this Italian classic... delicious homemade potato gnocchi with winter vegetables, and parmesan broth.
March 11th | Join us for a brunch class to learn some traditional items on a Dim Sum menu. We'll work together in this hands-on class to learn the flavors, ingredients and techniques for these delicious Chinese specialties.
March 15th | Join us for a small hands-on class (only 10 people) to learn the recipes and techniques for a classic Irish pub dinner. Guests will prepare the recipes and enjoy the meal together in our kitchen.
March 18th | Chef Penny will be hosting this monthly baking series focusing on the techniques (and helpful tips) to bake perfectly in your own home. March's class is Scones and Biscuits.
