as she demonstrates the art of sauces. You will be learning/eating Pan Roasted Pork Tenderloin
with a Madeira pan sauce, Celeriac Horseradish Smashed Potatoes, and a Seasonal Vegetable.
We will add an appetizer to start and to finish, a homemade dessert.
