“Spring Agnolotti Pasta”

Join us to learn more about the handcrafted art of homemade pasta.

Chef Candy will be teaching us to make homemade Agnolotti Pasta with

a market fresh homemade tomato sauce.  Agnolotti is an envelope shaped Piedmonte

pasta from Italy. The menu will include Lemon Ricotta Agnolotti with a Blistered Tomato Basil Sauce.

Which will be paired with Zucchini Milanese, an appetizer, and dessert.
