“Saltimbocca alla Romana”

Join Chef Candy in a class learning to make a Roman Classic, “Saltimbocca alla Romana”.

This is an Italian dish made of thinly sliced veal with prosciutto and sage, seared and finished

with a white wine sauce.  This will be served with a side of polenta, an appetizer, and dessert.

Wine included.
