Meal Prep 101: Dinners with Chef Jessica

Join Chef Jessica to learn how to plan, shop and meal prep a week’s worth of healthy easy dinners. This is an educational class where Chef will demo the techniques and tricks to easy meal planning; this class is focusing on dinners. You will be served a salad, a serving of each of the dinners being prepped, and a dessert.


Salad with homemade Ranch dressing – This herb-filled dairy-free version of ranch dressing is so delicious, quick and simple you’ll want to make it every week.

Asian Meatballs with Coconut Rice – Tender baked ground beef meatballs are given an Asian flavor with green onions, ginger, garlic and coconut aminos.  The sauce is rich and sticky with sesame oil, ginger, rice vinegar, and more garlic.  Jasmine rice is cooked in coconut milk instead of just water for a hint of the tropics.

Twice Baked Stuffed Winter Squash – A mixture of ground pork, diced apples, onions, herbs and cinnamon make a savory and sweet filling for roasted delicata or acorn squash.

Cookie Carmel Chocolate Cups – Almonds, dates, peanut butter and chocolate come together in a perfect bite-sizes dessert that fools you into believing it’s a caramel!
