Mardi Gras Favorites with Chef Rocky

Join us for a class just in time for Mardi Gras!  Chef Rocky is going to prepare and demonstrate some traditional New Orleans recipes.  He’ll be making Boudin balls with sausage, Crawfish puff pastry, Louisiana Sunburst Salad made famous at the Palace Cafe in NOLA.  The main course will be a hearty and delicious Creole Gumbo with shrimp, chicken, sausage served over rice.  Dessert will, of course, be Beignets.
