
Hands On Valentine’s Day Cooking Class with Chef Rocky

This small hand-on class will feature a delicious Valentine’s menu for couples. The class will be limited to 10 people so that guests have an opportunity to enjoy our chef’s kitchen and learn to make this delicious meal.
Menu:
Shrimp cocktail on toast – Perfectly poached shrimp in a spicy, crunchy cocktail sauce served on toast points
Warm spinach salad – Spinach tossed in a warm bacon and shallot dressing, topped with chopped egg
Sweet potato soup – Silky smooth soup with Spanish paprika and sherry
Wallowa RiverSand rubbed Pork Loin – 24 hour brined pork loin stuffed with fig jam. Served with fondant potatoes, parsnip puree and charred citrus carrots.
Dessert will be a Trifle for Lovers, where guests will build their own trifle.
