Irish Pub Salad | Butter lettuce, pickled vegetables, cheddar cheese, egg and tarragon dressing
Shepard’s pie | Lamb, pork, beef with, mashed peas and herbs, Irish white cheddar mash potatoes
Classic corn beef and cabbage | 16 day brined corned beef, slow braised with Irish beer, cabbage, potatoes and carrots
Irish soda bread pudding with Baileys sauce
