“Fun With Feta”

Join us with guest presenter, Teri Tith, ACS CCP, WSET Wine Level 3

Teri will teach us all we need to know and how to use Feta Cheese.

You will learn about the different styles, origins, and how Feta is made.

You will sample four different Feta styles, and see how to make an appetizer,

main dish, and salad all using Feta Cheese while enjoying some wine.  You will take five recipes to try at home and marinated

Feta to enjoy.
