Chef Candy is one of our most popular chefs here at Kara’s Kitchenware. She has a degree from the Culinary Institute of America and has worked her way through many of New York’s finer restaurants. She has spent the last 17 years teaching and guiding future chefs at the helm of the International Culinary Center also in New York City. There Chef Candy collaborated with many well- known chefs.
Chef Candy will be preparing Duck a L’Orange/ Sauteed Duck Breast/ Braised Lef a L’Orange/ Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Maitake Mushrooms.
