Join us for a brunch class to learn some traditional items on a Dim Sum menu. We’ll work together in this hands-on class to learn the flavors, ingredients and techniques for these delicious Chinese specialties.
Menu:
Crab Rangoon – Crab and cheese stuffed wontons with sweet and sour sauce
Shrimp Toast – American white bread and flavorful shrimp paste fried to perfection
Shrimp Shumai – Soft and delicate steamed shrimp dumplings
Char Siu – Cantonese roast pork, a staple in many Chinese recipes
Imperial Roll – Crispy vegetable rice paper rolls with pungent dipping sauce
